Called Number or Caller ID

I manage several inbound caller numbers and send them to different departments based on what number has been dialed. We are only able to see what number has been dialed OR the caller ID of who is calling. It would be incredibly helpful to see both at the same time. This would cut down significantly on my knowledge of who to transfer calls to.
