camp on or automatic call back when available

We are transitioning from an on-premise phone system that has a feature the CEO loves, it's call Camp-On or camping.  If he saw someone was on the phone he could press a button followed by their extension and when that user hung up it automatically called the two individuals.

Is there a RC feature similar to when available?
If not how could I facilitate something similar?

There is no such functionality in RingCentral Office or Professional editions that I am aware of. I can’t speak for the Call Center.

Having said that, I can’t think of any way you can mimic that functionality. Even to speak with both at the same time he would have to conference in the second person after connecting to the first person. As far as I know there is no “call when available”.

How do we go about getting more users to vote on this?  I think most people would like this feature.  I didn't realize I needed it until I read this post.
