I have a single-user setup in the USA. My normal method of updating contacts is to log into the web site and upload a CSV. Works fine.
My CSV contact files are stored in Dropbox, which I have on both of my computers and on my Android. When I open the Dropbox app on my phone after creating a CSV, it shows up on a file listing. When I tap it, the options for opening it include RingCentral. When I choose that, the file shows up on a list titled Documents. The choices then are View, Fax Out, and Delete.
I'm wondering if there is a way to add the contacts in that CSV to my address book. I would love to be able to bypass the web site.
