I would like to cancel my RingCentral account. Not sure why it is so difficult. was on hold for almost 20 minutes before told it will take another 10 minutes. Frustrating!

Sorry for the frustration :( If you're still having issues getting ahold of someone, I would suggest contacting your Account Manager. If you don't know who that is, just let me know and I can share their info with you.
Same issue for our account. Was put on hold for about 10-15 minutes until it told me to leave a message. Terrible account service, and seemingly puts up deliberate obstacles to cancellation. I need someone to address my request immediately.
