Cannot page from limited extensions

Canada, retail furniture store, paging from limited extensions, sales person maybe anywhere in the store answering a call and need to be able to page from any location.  The benefit  is not having to pay for 10 users only to be able to page.  We have 3 users and 7 limited extensions

Limited extensions have very limited features. In essence they are just a phone that can make and receive calls. 
To get any additional features such as: Paging, voicemail, call handling & forwarding, faxing, etc. You would want to create this as a user extension.

Thank you for the reply, but my understanding creating user extensions is an additional cost as my reasoning for moving to your system was to save $ this is not really what sales had told me in the beginning or I never would have switched.
