Do you have a screen shot of the error message? 

Are you using the Desktop app? If so, how are you logged in and what version of the app are you on?

Ah, so with that particular error message we've seen that it's due to the web browser's adblockers. Try whitelisting https://service.ringcentral.com under your adblockers.

So, do you get the same error when RingingOut to a different number?
Have you tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling the program?
