Hi,

I am currently using a trial version of Ring Central and cannot make outgoing calls from one of the users.

I found the below post with the same problem but no final solution.

Can you type in your phone number in the custom number field?

Have you setup phone numbers in your online account yet? If not it won't have anything to show here.
