A high level description of the product or feature being requested:  
      Enable Call forwarding button on Cisco 8861.
A typical use case:
      End users with desk phones frequently get up from their desks in an ad-hoc fashion and need the ability to forward calls on-demand from the phone itself.  This is a basic telephony feature that users expect.
Benefit of such feature:
      Ease and speed of use.
