Conference Configuration Default

We currently have a set of assigned conference numbers to each of our users. When a new user joins or leaves these conference lines, the default setting is for there to be no noise indicating such. There is a touch-tone command that allows a sound to be enabled, but as our group would like this to be enabled at all times, it would be helpful to have a feature or a default where the join / leave tone is automatic at the start of each call, and the touch-tone be made to disable it rather than to enable it, which it currently is. 

The benefit of such a feature is that we know if and when someone has joined or left the call, so that no one is able to silently eavesdrop, or when someone is disconnected for some reason, we can pause the call and wait for them to rejoin, without having to remember to manually enable this feature each time the call starts.
