Because the Glip application is available as a free/stand alone product as well as a paid version included in the RingCentral suite of products, certain features vary, and therefore Customer Support is offered via separate channels. 

1. If you have a Glip only (no RingCentral paid account), then Glip Online Support is available here: Open Glip Support Case

2. If you are a RingCentral subscriber and are using Glip within your RingCentral account, then you can access Glip support a variety of ways. 

  • You can search the Glip category right here on this Community for the most frequent FAQs or post a new question.
  • Contact Phone Support, Live Chat, or open a support case from our Customer Success Site.
