How do I get support for my Glip account?

Because the Glip application is available as a free/stand alone product as well as a paid version included in the RingCentral suite of products, certain features vary, and therefore Customer Support is offered via separate channels. 

1. If you have a Glip only (no RingCentral paid account), you can call our Support Line at 888-898-4591, Option 3. You will then go through a few menu items - continue to press 5 - and then you'll be able to chat with an Agent who will create a case on your behalf for our Glip team.

2. If you are a RingCentral subscriber and are using Glip within your RingCentral account, then you can access Glip support a variety of ways.
