Create a Flow.Microsoft.com connector for RingCentral

Please add a first party (ringcentral) branded connector to Flow.Microsoft.com which would allow RingCentral admins and users to automate tasks based on when they receive phone calls, faxes, texts, missed calls, etc.  

Flow integration would greatly help users of Office 365 have a better connected office and productivity experience and could automate: 
- Automatically email a group based on a received fax 
- Use flow or a logic apps to respond to text messages 
- Push notify a users phone when a call is missed from a 24x7 emergency line 
- Handle voicemails which would allow a 'call down list' or approval flow for emergency voicemail boxes, etc 
- additional features of the connector may include handling new meetings or other updated/deleted/new objects created/managed within ring central

Our account is in the US 
we are a general contractor with 5 lines and more users and voicemail boxes for call handling 
use cases are listed above as are benefits 

As a small business easily, lightweight, and reliable digital integration is imperative and this would help us in many ways.  For now we've built a RingCentral --> o365 Email --> Flow --> google cloud print custom connector for flow but It'd be great to have a first party ring central connector in the flow catalog (https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/

I would agree - right now we are working on building a custom connection - but if you could have this in the default set-up it would be of great value.

I agree and would expand that RC should provide first party connectors for all of the main stream and most popular work flow services.  RC already does have connectors for Zapier, but should also add some for  IFTTT and Flow so that customers can have options of which they want to use or are already using.

I second this. Flow is rapidly getting adopted and a flow connector would make all these things so much easier - we could create all sorts of use cases for it.

I third this and having IFTTTT and FLOW would help make this app more flexible and hard to beat while others are gaining ground offering these already.
