I have been a Customer since 2014, and overall i have to say that i have been pleased with the service, and the support that i have had.  When we first switched over we had contact with the account rep and the engineer that was assigned to us. When we have an issue or need help tech support is always been great and getting the solutions needed to correct the issue.

There is a couple ideas that i have posted that would make things better but no other system compares to RingCentral.
