Customize Access Levels for Users. Customize Access to Extension Specific Call Recordings

It would be very helpful to be able to give certain access to users aside from the role they are assigned.  For example, I have a quality care team listening to recorded calls for my reservations team, but I don't want them being able to listen to ALL extensions because other extensions discuss confidential information that are not relevant to the quality controller for my reservations team.  Thank you

Hey there, have you looked into User Groups? You could make it so that the QA team only has access to view specific User's Call Logs/Recordings
