We are a medical services company in the US and have been using RingCentral for a number of years now and we use a dedicated fax number used to receive referrals and prescriptions from our referral sources. Since recently expanding our suite of services we have had a hard time differentiating at-a-glance between one service request and another in the list of faxes (RC for Windows app), so our efficiency has been suffering. We have to transfer this fax and respective patient data into our EMR and I now have two team members splitting this work between the 2 different types of referrals. The problem is that they are each looking at every fax that comes in to determine whose is whose! SOLUTION: Allow us, the user, to customize the Caller ID names of the incoming phone numbers so that we can more easily differentiate between the different types of referrals. EXAMPLE: Two faxes come in, one for each different service. Currently they are listed as WELL CLINIC and SMITH WELLNESS CLINIC. At a glance they may be hard to differentiate so I would like to change the Caller ID of these two clinics to (A)-WELL CLINIC and (B)-SMITH WELLNESS CLINIC so that going down the list of faxes, each team member knows which fax they should grab without opening each file. This change will allow for much faster conversion from fax to prescription for us and I'm sure that many other RC users will find this beneficial for a number of reasons!
