Hi,

We are currently based in the UK and provide Epos systems

We have a support desk in here and on our old system we were able to have on our dashboards a breakdown of calls taken by user. This allowed management to see in real time who the top performer was in the department.

I logged a ticket with support as I couldn't see this option and they advised it isn't available but there is a report to run which we know about. Can this please be looked at as I feel it would help us massively.

Hi Sean, since we partner with inContact, they would be the ones that would have the ability to create such a dashboard. Maybe someone on their Community would be able to forward your suggestion? Not sure how their Community works.
