i have a virtual employee in the philippines that uses our softphone. Our previous VoIP provider had a SIP server local to asia (in hong kong) that we used for less latency. Does ringcentral have different SIP servers for users who are overseas?
We currently only have servers in the US and EU, but we are currently working on expanding our footprint to cover other parts of the world. Because of how our infrastructure is setup, the devices that are assisted provisioned (desktop apps, mobile apps, and supported desk phones) will register to the closest servers automatically and require no additional input from the end user.
