Do mobile users get charged for queue calls?

Can you confirm if calls to an extension, that does not have a direct line and uses an outside cell number (mobile user), count as billable when coming from a queue first?  U.S. Account

I would like to set up a system to send after hours calls first to an IVR, and then to a cell phone.  If the user does not answer, I would like the call to go to a RingCentral voicemail, and not the cell phone voicemail.  Currently, I am performing an unconditional forward from a queue to the cell phone, but this uses the cell phone voicemail.

I wanted to see if calls to a queue, with a mobile user as the sole user, counted toward the 10 calls that a mobile user can get before being charged the same as a digital line.  If they count toward the limit, we will need to find another solution to our situation.

It turns out that the call will be counted towards the limited number of free calls for the user, and if they receive 10 or more then they will be billed as a mobile user.

Depending on how the IVR/queue is set to receive calls, you may be able to make a custom rule on an existing user that already has as Digital Line. The custom rule would try to capture calls that were made directly to that IVR, but then ended up at the extension. The number being dialed would have to be listed in the "company number" list.

If you could provide details on how your current system is set up, and this would be set up, I can try and figure out if you have other options for accomplishing this.
