Improve downoading of call logs

Download of call log needs to be improved. Need to be able to automate the download function so that the choices made can be saved.  Do not want to do this manually.  Need to be able to select call logs and Recorded calls (mp3) from the Download Call Log and be able to save this so my downloads always have this checked.

Standard COM-002-4 speaks of Issuing/receiving Operating Instructions and the
record retention of voice logs for a year plus the audit cycle.

I have the same issue.  Would like to automate this process for multiple extensions and only download recorded calls.

Currently, I am not able to setup an automated download of 2
extensions logs at once (only MP3) and have the setting saved.

 We need to be able to automatically have the option of
downloading call log on a scheduled basis and have the selected settings
retained.

 Would like to be able to select recorded calls and have this
saved as a download call log option.

 So here is what I am looking for:  multiple extensions
and Recorded call selected and saved so when I do a Call Log delivery, these
options are always used.

 Basically, need to be able to have a lot more options on how
call logs function.

Not doing too well at all.  These requests for better functionality of the call log function has not been responded to at all.

We have customers who require the call logs to be kept for an extended time and we need to automate this function.

2018-02-13  We're still having trouble getting it to supply the specific data when selected in the Detailed advanced query set, for a specific extension.

The only workaround I have learned is to try it in an Incognito window using Chrome - but even that does not render accurately all the time for a download CSV file.    I have already made sure the engineering folks know this is still the case.
