Customer Configurable Email Notification For Any e911 Calls. As a minimum we could enter an email address that would get a notification for any e911 call with the details of the extension that placed the call. For multi-site deployments it would great if each site could have its own notification email address, but as a minimum being able to alert for any call to a single address would be a huge improvement compared to as-is where we cannot get any notification.

Hi Jeff is the idea here around informing someone like a security desk? Or is it something more generic in terms of notifying via email anytime some kind of emergency call is required? And from a global perspective it's not just 911 any emergency call would be the expectation, correct? Thanks as always!

Sameep - in our on premise PBX systems we were able to notify an email group at each facility that included both HR and Facilities so that they could respond if on site, and notify the Front Desk or gate guard to expect emergency services. This would be for any call any emergency call - whatever is the local equivalent of 911 in the US should trigger the notification. Thanks!
