Echo using Polycom VVX311 and Plantronics SupraPlus HW251N headsets

We are getting complaints from users and callers that they hear an echo.  It appears to be headset related.  We are using the Polycom VVX311 and Plantronics SupraPlus HW251N headset.  Any thoughts?  We had these same headsets with our Avaya system without issue.  We upgraded the connection cables with no luck.

Worth a shot.  We had a similar issue with our VVX500 and this fixed the issue.  However, it will have to manually be done on each phone.
