US account with international offices - 1000+ digital lines
I get around 10 cold calls per day from Sales people (software, services, recruiters, etc.) so I can't afford to answer calls whose phone number I don't recognize and who don't have Caller ID on. I suspect a lot of other people in IT are the same. When I open support cases with RingCentral I never know when an engineer is going to call me, and for some reason the engineer calls do not show RingCentral in the caller ID - it just shows up as a phone number. My suggestion is that the phone numbers for RC Engineers all be programmed to show they are coming from RingCentral if this is possible.
