Desktop/SoftApp phone

So I am using a Cisco 303 desk phone some days in our office we are on inbound only and some days we make up to 100-150 outbound calls a day.. So basically I am looking to figure out if we can get the Softphone desktop app, We past the # in their but it automatically connects with the desk phone and starts ringing versus having to accept the call. Would save us a lot of time and be able to place more calls. Without having to buy the usb headset.

Sounds like you have a full digital line, which means that you have access to the softphone :) Just simply sign in with the credentials you use to access service.ringcentral.com :)
