Extention to Extension Call facility between Ringcentral Desktop Applications

We have a single digital line with 4 extensions, (11 (Desktop App), 22 (Desktop App), 33 (Mobile App, 44 (Mobile App)) 

Currently Ext. 22, 33 and 44 can call together (Ext. to ext.) and to ext. 11, but 11 can not call any of the ext. as it is using the Desktop application.

When I asked Ext. 11 to login through Mobile App it was able to dial any extension.

Here I would like to request Ring Central to enable same feature as Mobile App to Desktop App so that without having multiple digital like employees can talk together at least Ext. to Ext..

Hello Dinesh,

Mobile apps are different than the desktop apps. The desktop apps are only able to be assigned to one computer at a time. As such you would need to add another digital line to the account in order for the other desktop app to call out. Otherwise, the call would have to do a ring out to another phone to actually complete the call.

The system is designed to have one Digital Line per each User.

Thanks Nathan.... I am aware of the way Ringcentral Mobile and Desktop App works as I had called support and they explained me everything and said if I still need the solution for Desktop App I need to request in Ring Central Community.

Here I am requesting Ring central to add same feature on Desktop App same as Mobile App so that multiple desktop apps can call (ext. to ext.) without purchasing new Digital line.
