Extra contractual call cost cap

Situation

Whilst we have UK minutes included in our RC contract any calls to international numbers are chargeable. The rate being determined by the area code or prefix of the number called.

This means we are paying a monthly charge for the RC service plus additional calling costs

Requirement

We would like to make able to place a 'cap' on these additional costs so we can be warned when we are about to reach the limit or have exceeded it.

Idea

The RC online admin portal should include a section were we can define the value of the 'cap' we want to set. It would make the most sense to have this as an additional section in the 'Billing' -> 'International calling' section of the portal.

This section should allow us to determine who gets notified if the cap is reached or exceeded. This would be in the form of one or more email addresses. 

The 'cap' would either just be an email notification or prevent any further chargeable calls being made, until the super admin had allowed it, and this to be set in the admin portal by the company's 'super admin'.

The cap should apply to all 'sources' of calls on that company's RC network whether they are from a desk phone, the soft phone or mobile app.

Extension

The 'Call log' section should allow enable regular automated report of just the chargeable phone calls made in a specified duration to a pre-defined email recipient or list of recipients.
