We are in financial services, so attaching the fax to emails won't work for security compliance. Is there a way to distribute incoming faxes to multiple extensions using the IVR settings/editor? We want an incoming fax forwarded to multiple user's extensions simultaneously as if forwarding a call.

not sure how else get a the faxes delivered non email unless you just have it come out of the old school fax machine, other than just have the faxes directed to one persons extension. i'm not aware of a way to have multiple extensions receive it where it wouldn't be an emailed attachment which if i follow you right won't work for you.

Hello Stephen,
Currently there is no way to deliver inbound electronically accepted faxes to multiple mailboxes. Since the faxes are not being emailed, I assume the way in which you are getting them is to download them manually from the recipient mailbox. If that holds true, your best option would be to setup a separate user extension to deliver the faxes to and direct the fax number(s) to that extension. Then, you can provide the credentials to your other users for logging into this account on service web so any and all can download the fax(es) they need. Other than that, a feature request for a type of "Broadcast Mailbox" that delivers messages to multiple other mailboxes simultaneously would be in order. Hope that helps.

Thanks Justin.  How do I put in a feature request for a "Broadcast Mailbox" that delivers faxes to multiple other mailboxes simultaneously?

This is possible.  If you direct the faxes to an extension (102 in my case) and under notifications you can add multiple email address under Received faxes.
