When I fax something, I will receive an email confirming the fax was sent. I am able to download the fax from my user page (Messages --> Sent Items). I would like to place the download into a folder on my computer, but I would like the download to include a confirmation in the same document. With your current system, the confirmation is a separate document - an email. I could save the email, and then I will have the fax and email. But they are separate documents. It would be more convenient if the confirmation of fax was part of the pdf download. That way, when I open the pdf, perhaps months or year later, I will have the confirmation so that I know it was faxed.
