Feature Request | Inacurate Reports

The setup that we have is when a call comes in it goes to a user extension to ring all other extensions. We routed it to a user extension so even if we are engaged, calls can still come thru, however the reports are inaccurate since the user extension gets that call on the reports.

If we routed the calls to a call queue, the reports will be accurate however extensions that are engaged are unable to pick up a call.

Can we have this as a feature request?
1. There should be a setting on the call queue, a tick box if you may, if you want the extensions to still ring even if they are engaged.
2. Even if calls are going to a user extension and rings the phones, it is the extension that owns that phone who will get the call on the reports.
