Feature Request - Report: Users with Zero Activity

Looking for a way to determine inactive users/phones so they can be reallocated -which should be very simple. The existing User Details report seems to skip ones with no activity (i.e. at least one call to show up in report). Asked customer support and they said it can't be done and to request as feature. I didn't see it listed anywhere so here it is. In the mean time I am trying to export two different lists and do a 'diff' on them but this is too cumbersome and error prone for what should be an easy report.

Completely open to ideas if anyone else knows another way or if I just missed something.

Hey JT,

One thing that may help you would be to use the Analytics portal and look up User Call Activity. You can leverage the Total Call KPI to help you see which Users are taking calls and which are not. I know it's not ideal but in the interim it should help!
