Feature suggestion for Ringcentral Desktop. System Tray alert that doesn't steal focus

If this exists I would like to know how to do it. When I get an incoming call Ringcentral pops up an alert that steals the focus of my screen. So if I'm typing something it interrupts me and then I run the risk of clicking one of the app button by mistake. Is there a way to keep the app minimized and just have a non-intrusive notification window pop-up from the Windows system tray? The app does give me a brief pop-up from the system tray for missed calls. Could it do that as well for incoming calls?

Here's a suggestion on how to implement this.

From Calls > Incoming add the following option

"Display incoming calls from system tray notification".

Hi Michael,

You may be able to resolve this by changing your incoming call settings. In Settings > Calls > Incoming there is an option for "Display incoming call in the standalone window", try disabling this and see if it prevents your PC from changing focus.

When this option is enabled, it will prevent a separate window from popping up with the incoming call information. Instead, the incoming call information will show in the main RingCentral Phone app window. Keep in mind that disabling this settings will make it so that an incoming call will take you away from other things you are doing in the RingCentral phone app, i.e. composing a message or listening to a voicemail. However, your progress on any messages you are writing should be saved so you can continue it once you complete the call.

They are actually working on this feature already and I believe it should be released in November. It took me awhile, but I finally got them to put it into production.
