For the RingCentral Phone softphone application 2 active calls

1. Account type - US
2. We are an IT company
3. We use the RingCentral desktop softphone. And when people call in, and I click on HUD, and then I look at our service coordinator line and she receives two calls, I cannot see who is calling in. I can only see "2 active calls" rather than seeing the people calling in. 
4. We would like to know who is calling when two people are calling in simultaneously.
5. We would like to know who is calling when two people are calling in simultaneously.
6. We have 4 users.

Thanks for bringing this topic up. The app should work similar to how their desktop phones work. I.e. I can see the inbound caller ID on my phone when others are already on active calls on their phones, and I can then choose what to with that inbound caller. Seems like minimum requirements for an HUD.
