Future of the old "RingCentral Plus" Plan

A company that was trying to sell me a phone system said the RingCentral plan that I'm on is old and that it will be unavailable soon. I signed up to RingCentral like 6 years ago and I'm on the Plus plan. It's a straight $299/year with unlimited extensions. I just referred to other business owners I know to RC and they both signed up with this plan.. so clearly it's still available. All my staff have cell phones with unlimited calling plans, so I use RC only for the 800#, fax line and to forward incoming calls to staff cell phones. Everything has been working great for all these years. In light of what that sales guy said, can someone please elaborate on the future of the $299/year Plus plan?

Hello Mike,

I am unaware of any changes occurring to our Plans. Since you did not hear this from RingCentral, I would highly suggest you contact your Account Manager for clarification/verification. It's possible the other individual was misinformed.
