We are a call center for a medical team and we have employees who send appt. confirmations using Ring Central. We have about 20 users and multiple digital lines using the Softphone feature. Our U.S. Ring Central account needs the feature to see text messages in the "Call Log" feature of Ring Central to make sure our employees are making these text message reminders. This is very important to us and need to make this happen ASAP to stay with RingCentral. We just need to be able to see that someone sent a text message in a call log.
