I recently implemented RC Rooms for our conference rooms. We love it but we have one giant complaint and that is the no microphone detected message that is constantly on the TV's. The issue is that we are not using a USB microphone so it does not detect the microphone. We have a Polycomm IP Phone that we are using to call into our conference calls. We do not have any intention of buying a new conference phone just for the error message. It would be great if there was a way to turn off the error notifications so that we can keep RingCentral Rooms up on the TV during business hours. Right now we turn if it off unless we have a need to use it because it looks unprofessional to have an the no microphone detected message up all the time. Please give us a way to turn off the on screen notifications.
