Thank you for you always quickly addressing and resolving any issues with our RingCentral service. Like any other big company, RingCentral must be given the opportunity to work on an issue within a reasonable time frame. Again Thanks RC !

You must not be an IT administrator with 20 pissed-off salespeople and 3 managers standing by your desk asking you every 5 minutes why the phones are down and for how long!

This is not the first time RC has had this problem and it should not happen at all!
Plus the lack of information from them is inexcusable.

I signed up for the service as a backup to our main internal phone system and I have had more problems with the 'backup' system than the main system!

I have had enough... cancelling the service today.
