Detailed description of problem
glip will not let me change my email, I go to view profile and change the address and i get a message that i have to verify. I get the email and verify and then log back in and have to confirm my physical address. But the email does not change and I cannot send emails to glip anymore.
changing my email should work
Previous troubleshooting steps taken
Tried to find the setting and searched forums rebooted all apps.
If desk-phone related, have you rebooted phone?
Number of Users and/or Digital Lines affected.
not sure of other affected users but we have 400+ users
