Hi - I added a group queue and would like to get push notifications when we have a voicemail. We were able to get push notifications prior to setting up the queue, so I am looking to troubleshoot why it isn't happening now. Thank you!
Hello Bovee, I assume that by "Push Notifications" you are referring to email / SMS notifications. Under the Message and Notifications section of the call queue, click on the Notifications bar:
Once in there, you should see the following. Click on the Advanced Notification Options icon:
From there, you can set both the email and SMS notification options for each type of message, whether voice mail, fax, missed call, or text message. Note, do not check the box for Mark Message As Read Once Emailed as by doing that, the notification for SMS is nullified. Also, for SMS, enter the cell phone number and cell carrier in order to receive those:
