Have to start my meeting twice?!?

US account. I open the Desktop App, Click Meetings, click Start under the meeting. It opens up my meeting screen, with the dial in number. I dial in with my particiapnt ID. I THEN get an email telling me my particpants are waiting for me to start the meeting. I then have to HANG UP, click the link in the email, and dial in again. THEN I can talk to my attendees. happens EVERY TIME

I suspect you are clicking the wrong button in the meetings app.  I do this sometimes too because it is not laid out very clear.  When you look at the list of meetings in the app there is one on top for ad-hoc meetings and then the scheduled ones right below that.  You need to make sure to start the scheduled meeting and not the ad-hoc one that is always on top.
