Hiding the Chrome extension sidebar in Gmail

I installed the RingCentral Chrome extension for the click-to-call functionality. I like being able to call a phone number that appears on a webpage in Chrome with one click!

However, there's now a RingCentral sidebar/panel appearing along my Gmail inbox and I don't want it there. I can minimize it, but I'd prefer it not be there at all.

When I click into the Chrome extension's options, I see one called "Hide the extension in these inboxes" which sounds promising. But it offers a form field and I have no idea what to enter into it.

Any advice for me?

I chatted with Carlo C on the RingCentral tech support team. Unfortunately, he confirmed that you cannot disable the sidebar in Gmail and GCal without also disabling click-to-call.   :(

Hey Oliver,

I've flipped this to a feature request for others to vote on!

Google Chrome extension sidebar can be removed from Gmail you have disabled the google chrome extension. To get Rediffmail help contact Rediffmail Customer Support to get  the best solution.
But then I don't get the click-to-call functionality in Chrome. I want that functionality but without the sidebar.
