Have your RingCentral Fax work with high speed transmission. At the moment, any VOIP service like RingCentral has a higher success rate of receiving faxes if the sender is using lower speed rate but most of our customer uses high speed transmission and this cause for our account to receive the fax partially.

We already called support and I was advised that I need to coordinate the issue with the sender and have them lower down their BAUD rate (Transmission Speed).

It seems unrealistic to me that I should have to notify everyone who will possibly send me a fax that they need to use a slower BAUD rate.  We are talking about 50's to 60's technology here over analog phone lines.
