How do I set up a voicemail to give callers options to press 1 for one extension and 2 for a call forward or other extension?

Right now I have a basic voicemail during operating hours which works fine.  I'd like to set up an after hours voice mail where callers can press 1 letting them leave a voicemail and 2 to transfer them to another phone number.   Is this possible and if so where do I go in my interface to set this up.  Thanks, Ralph.

Sounds like the IVR application would serve you best.  Although the link I am providing is for multiple-level IVR, it still applies for what you are needing.
