I was looking for call logs with a particular (former) customer. I know there were many calls, but see none in the logs. Presumably they were beyond the RC retention policy. I plan on implementing a dowload schedule for that information, but would like to know what my frequency needs to be.
As far as I know, the call recordings are available in your RingCentral account for 60 days. You can set up their Archiver and your call recordings will automatically be archived on whichever account you set up. I hope this is helpful!
