I currently have an extension setup to call forward to an 800 number for my customers to reach a claims person after our business hours. The problem is the 800 number requires user prompts (ie. press 1 to file an auto claim, 2 for a homowners claim, etc). The ringcentral system will keep the phone on hold until the Claims line dumps it into a VM because their hasn't been an input. Is there a way to have the forward act like a blind transfer?
