HUD: Add drag'n drop call handling capability

With our old phone system, we were able to answer calls with the desk phone but manage the calls using the computer. For example, we would drag the call to put it on hold, transfer to voicemail, or transfer the call to the extension. Before we switched to Ring Central we used iSymphony, and before that we used HUDlite. Every call we get comes to the receptionist and has to be transferred from there. We do not like the desktop application and prefer to use the phone, however, it is much more difficult to manage these calls than it was with our prior system. Mainly because we can't drag and drop the calls.
