Admin can disable the ability to access Phone and Numbers / Presence thru Service Web Portal however Through the HUD / RC for Mac/Windows Softphone we still have the ability to add people through the HUD and we want that disabled both thru web portal and through the apps as well as this makes more sense to apply access controls on all aspect of the service and not just the service web portal.
