3. 'Hybrid' Call Queue call handling:
First group Simultaneous ring (receptionist, assistants) and if none answers 2nd group (sales reps.) Rotation ring.
4 & 5. this feature would allow more flexibility call handling. Initially Receptionist group (say 2 extensions) would have a chance to answer incoming calls and if none available call would go to call queue on Rotation (in our case 3 or 4 Sales Rep.) or whatever forwarding mode would be desired (Rotation, etc.)
