I need to eliminate the 15 minute time-out

As our company's Office Manager I am required to monitor and manage our President's and senior staff's missed calls, faxes and voice mails.  The 15 minute automatic time-out is forcing me to log in constantly throughout the day.  I need to be able to turn this time-out off.

Unless I'm totally missing something, the call controller/soft phone only allows me access to myown extension's missed calls, faxes, etc.  It does not allow me to manage other extensions as well.  I need overall access to our RC account, including the call log and such, for the majority of our staff - all at the same time, all day long.

I will check but if you login in as an admin you may be able to see other calls.

I do login to the softphone as the admin, but you still do not see any other info but your own.
