  1. Account type: US
  2. A brief description of the business: - Any

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested
-Please add another column in the call log to quickly identify the device used to make or receive the call.

  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature
    - Makes it easier to troubleshoot issues and identify where the call went just by looking at the call log

  5. Benefit of such feature:
Be able to identify which device was used to make or receive a phone call in the call logs

  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 72 upwards

Excellent idea!  Very important for auditing and security purposes to identify if the call was made on a desk handset, mobile device, PC, etc.

Right now you can get this info in Analytics but it would be great to get this info in the call log.  Can't count the number of times my first question to a user who needs support is "were you on desk phone or mobile app?" or "which desktop app are you using?"

Thanks Bob - how do you see the source type in Analytics?  I don't see that field as an option.
