Is there a way to change it so HUD will display activity reguardless of which line they are on?

Our Sales team all have two lines, but HUD will only show activity on one. Is there a way to change it so HUD will display activity reguardless of which line they are on?

Could you specify what you mean by "two lines"? Do they have two separate numbers/two digital lines on their extension?

Hi Kevin, the short answer is that the HUD will only show the 'Busy' status on users that pick up a call. Since there is always one user that will end up receiving the call, only one user will show as 'Busy'.

If you can describe how the calls are coming in and what the user setup looks like I could probably speak more specifically on what you're seeing. Thanks Kevin.
