Hi June,

You got me wrong. I just want to receive the incoming FAX in my server using the ring central API. Server may use FTP or may use dropbox or may be other way to receive files from ring central.

The link you suggested has the settings to attach the document from dropbox or google drive to send FAX from ring central but I wanted to get the received FAX in my server.

same question, I was under impression that we can automate to receive all faxes in specific folder in my Dropbox or Google drive account without doing anything - same as we receive emails with fax attached, I would like to see fax dropped into my icloud folder

This is the only reason I was sold to this service !

please explain if its even possible.

Hi all - currently, we only allow access to our API for faxing out, not receiving faxes. However, we're planning to open up our API sometime in the not-too-distant future. Stay tuned for more on this. Unfortunately, I can't give you an ETA for this feature.

+1 on this. Can't recommend RingCentral to my clients if I can't help them automate receiving faxes.
