Does anyone have issues faxing to Concur expense solutions? We can fax our expenses to a fax number they provide. But while I get the fax confirmation, the expenses never actually get there. Concur said this is likely a RingCentral issue.
I don't use that solution but it seems to me that if your fax is completed and confirmed, the issue would be on their side....not RingCentral.
I would start by asking them if they received a FULL and COMPLETE fax. If they did, the issue is definitely on THEIR side.
If they didn't and you show a fax confirmation, then it would appear to be a RingCentral issue but I would ask for a snail mail copy, or a scanned image, of what they actually received so that RingCentral can address the issue on their end. The issue would be the fact that you are getting a fax confirmation but the fax is not fully going through.
Concur is doing you a disservice, and I see this A LOT in service businesses where the blame is automatically placed on the other service when two services are involved and integrated in some way.
Finally, if they can prove a faulty copy of the fax was received, open a support ticket with RingCentral. This is a Community Support forum and this kind of issue really can't be addressed or fixed here. A support ticket is your best option, but you are paying for the Concur services. Make THEM prove that they are not at fault first by asking them the questions I outlined above.
